Fós, which in Greek means “light”, is born from the union of the three white grape varieties that best represent our territory. It is a lightly sparkling white wine that releases freshness and aromas, bringing brightness to every toast.

GRAPES: 60% Verdeca, 30% Bianco d’Alessano and 10% Minutolo
PRODUCTION AREA: Valle d’Itria, Puglia
VINEYARD ALTITUDE: 253 m above sea level
AGE OF THE VINES: 18 years
SOIL: predominantly clayey, with a notable presence of limestone
VINE TRAINING SYSTEM: espalier systems with Guyot pruning system
GRAPE YIELD PER HECTARE: 70-80 quintals
HARVEST: manual harvesting of the grapes
VINIFICATION: destemming and soft pressing of the bunches, clarification by static decantation of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. Refermentation in an autoclave with the Martinotti – Charmat method. At this stage the second fermentation takes place, giving the wine its characteristic sparkling character.
