SALES, SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND REGULATIONS

The sale and delivery of our products is limited to the Italian territory and is reserved for consumers over 18 years. By using our site you declare to be of legal age.
We intend to target consumers with purposes not related to commercial or business activities related to the world of wine. Orders placed on the site refer to consumption and personal needs.
All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT.

SHIPPING

At the time of order, the products are carefully placed in certified cardboard cellars to ensure their safety and are sent to the address indicated by the customer through qualified express couriers, such as Mailboxes etc.
Normally orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment confirmation and deliveries take place within 24-72 hours.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the items chosen.
There will be free shipping from the third package of wine purchased.
Shipments shall be made only within the national territory.
Once the order has been shipped you can no longer change the shipping address.
When the package will be shipped, we will receive an e-mail confirming shipment in which there will be a link to click on to follow the delivery. It is recommended to check the link to be updated in real time on every possible variation.

RETURN OF GOODS AND REIMBURSEMENT

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Purchases on montemarcuccio.it are subject to the regulation of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 (Consumer Code), which guarantees you the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without any penalty.

The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:

The returned products must be intact, preferably in the original packaging. For damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, you must:

1. Send us an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
• order number;
• order date;
• the products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;
• your bank details (IBAN code), which we will use for refund;
2. wait for our return authorization email;
3. within 15 days of receiving our return authorization email, send, at your expense, the products subject to withdrawal to the following address:

We will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, after verification of its integrity. This reimbursement does not include shipping costs, in accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999.

In general, as far as is not expressly written, the law applies to distance contracts. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In case one or more bottles were to be damaged at your address, contact us at our e-mail address ordini@montemarcuccio.it, attaching photographic documentation that highlights the damage. We are at your disposal to solve the problem and give you all the necessary information to proceed with the replacement or refund.
