Our winery is located in Cisternino, in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, a landscape characterized by rolling hills, trulli, white stone, and dry-stone walls, symbols of a long-standing agricultural tradition.
Our vineyards are situated between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, in a valley that benefits from a significant day–night temperature range. This allows for a balanced ripening of the grapes, preserving their varietal aromatic profile and natural acidity.
The climate is typically Mediterranean, with mild winters and warm, well-ventilated summers.
The soils are predominantly clay-based with a significant limestone component, features that contribute to the structure and quality of the wines.
